  • Experienced in field management, installation, product demonstration, and warranty management
  • Assures operation of all property infrastructure (i.e., water, electricity, etc.) and equipment prior to health and fire inspections
  • Completes final 'detailing' and fulfills last minute requests
  • Coordinates equipment demonstrations, training, and maintenance instructions prior to opening
  • Secures client satisfaction prior to opening
  • On-site customer service during first week of operation
  • Manages all warranties during first full year of operation, extendable to additional years with service program
